Hikmet Hajiyev: Global Baku Forum will bring together 400 participants
The XIII Global Baku Forum opens under the motto "Bridging Divides in a World in Transition," bringing together around 400 participants to discuss key global challenges.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a publication by Hikmet Hajiyev — Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration — on the social network X.
He emphasized that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will deliver the opening speech at the forum's inauguration.
It is noted that the event is dedicated to a pressing topic, particularly significant against the backdrop of profound transformations taking place in the international system.
Hajiyev also emphasized that despite the complex international situation, the cancellation of numerous flights, and increased travel warnings, the organizers managed to bring together around 400 participants from around the world in Baku.
"This requires significant effort and coordination. The successful organization of this event and the creation of a platform for dialogue and discussion demonstrate a firm commitment to multilateral engagement. This is also a testament to the international community's trust in Azerbaijan as a diplomatic hub of the region," he wrote.
