Hikmet Hajiyev: Azerbaijani society actively works with media on media literacy issues

Azerbaijani society actively works with the country's mass media, particularly on the issue of developing media literacy.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, this was stated by Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev during the III Shusha Global Media Forum.

According to him, special attention is paid to improving media literacy on social networks and among children.

"We are convinced that forming a media-literate generation is one of the most important ways to strengthen the information immunity of our society," Hajiyev emphasized.
