Few countries are as well positioned as yours to promote regional cooperation and stability.

As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen in a joint press statement with President Ilham Aliyev.

She noted that Azerbaijan skillfully combines its strategic geographical location with growing economic, political, and regional influence.

"That is why we are proposing to launch a Transport Connectivity Partnership between the EU and Azerbaijan," the European Commission President emphasized.
