Head of the Central Botanical Garden fined 5,000 manats

Chairman of the board of the public legal entity "Central Botanical Garden" Ali Jafarov has been fined.

As reported by Qaynarinfo, the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population drew up a protocol against the institution under Article 469-1 (violation of requirements related to mandatory insurance against loss of working capacity due to occupational accidents and professional diseases) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The case materials were referred to the court.

During the proceedings, it was established that last year two employees of the Central Botanical Garden — V.B. and A.A. — sustained injuries. An inspection conducted after the incident revealed that they had not been insured under the mandatory insurance against loss of working capacity due to occupational accidents and professional diseases.

By the court's decision, A. Jafarov was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 469-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and was fined 5,000 manats.
