Hakan Fidan discussed tensions between Israel and Iran with Jeyhun Bayramov

On June 14, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the conversation, they discussed the situation in the region resulting from the Israeli attack on Iran, issues of bilateral relations, as well as preparatory work for the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which is planned to be held on June 21-22 in Istanbul.
