The report also emphasized that Russia is trying to hide its weakness by showing more aggression.

"Russia is trying to intimidate Central Asia, as well as Turkey and Azerbaijan. However, the authorities of this country must understand that they cannot achieve victory by shooting down an Azerbaijani aircraft or by torturing its citizens. Russia must accept Azerbaijan's strength," the TV channel notes.
