Ganja Memorial Complex transferred to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan

The Ganja Memorial Complex has been placed under the subordination of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on additional measures related to the activities of the Ganja Memorial Complex.

The document states:

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure the activities of the Ganja Memorial Complex, I decree:

1. To establish the Ganja Memorial Complex under the subordination of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall:

2.1. ensure the financing of necessary expenses related to the activities of the Ganja Memorial Complex from the funds allocated in the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2.2. resolve other issues arising from this decree.

3. This decree shall enter into force on the day of its signing."
