Foreign Minister: Baku and Amman are ready to support a diplomatic solution to the conflict surrounding Iran

Azerbaijan and Jordan advocate for the resolution of the conflict surrounding Iran exclusively through diplomatic means.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint briefing in Baku with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Jordan Ayman As-Safadi.

According to him, the situation in the Middle East, conflicts, and tensions are a cause for concern.

"We expressed a shared opinion on the need to maintain stability in the current situation, especially surrounding Iran, and to resolve the conflict exclusively through diplomatic means. Both countries are ready to take the necessary steps in this context," said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
