Fariz Ismailzade called environmental challenges key to the future of Azerbaijan
Environmental and technological challenges are becoming one of the key factors determining the future development of Azerbaijan.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, this was stated by the Vice-Rector of ADA University, member of the Milli Majlis Fariz Ismailzade at WUF13 in Baku.
According to him, the issue of drinking water safety holds a special place among these challenges.
"Azerbaijan is dependent on external water supply sources, as a significant portion of water resources comes from neighboring countries. Therefore, environmental factors directly affect both the health of the population and the economic development and long-term sustainability of the country," Ismailzade noted.
