Erdogan expressed condolences to Azerbaijan in connection with the Khojaly genocide
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his condolences on the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
The president published a corresponding post on his page on the social network X.
"On the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, I commemorate with compassion and deep sorrow the Azerbaijani brothers and sisters who lost their lives, and I extend my condolences to the friendly and brotherly Azerbaijani people. We will never forget this act of inhumanity, the pain of which will always remain in our souls," the Turkish president's post reads.
