Erdogan and Pashinyan met on the sidelines of the SCO summit in China

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday.
As reported by BAKU.WS, he announced this on social media, posting images of the beginning of the meeting.
The meeting between the leaders of the two countries took place on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in China.
Details of the conversation were not provided.
The day before, Pashinyan had a brief standing conversation with the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan - Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev. Video of the brief interaction was posted on social media by the Armenian Prime Minister's wife, Anna Hakobyan.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is an international organization founded in 2001. It includes India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan, and on July 4, 2024, Belarus officially joined the organization at the summit in Astana.
