Emergency Ministry Employees Awarded Highest Military and Special Ranks - DECREE

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring the highest military and special ranks to employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

To confer the highest military and special ranks to the following employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

the highest military rank of "Lieutenant General"

to Major General Adil Alesker oglu Abdullayev

the highest military rank of "Major General"

to Colonel Farhad Nariman oglu Samedov

to Colonel Seymur Taleh oglu Garashov

the highest special rank of "Major General of Internal Service"

to Colonel of Internal Service Vagif Tofig oglu Ibrahimov".
