Deadly risk at the former line of contact: entry to these areas is prohibited
The phased return of former internally displaced persons to the lands liberated from occupation is one of the key priorities of the Azerbaijani state. For these purposes, large-scale restoration and construction work is being carried out, as well as measures to ensure security.
This was stated by military correspondent Fardin Isazade in a report for Baku TV, prepared from Aghdam.
According to him, to ensure security, demining of priority territories is being carried out first.
"Areas not included in the priority list are temporarily fenced off. These measures are aimed at preventing people from entering dangerous zones. Fencing does not mean that these territories will not be demined in the future - they are simply not considered a priority at this stage," the journalist noted.
