Baku and Yerevan signed a non-use of force agreement
Baku and Yerevan will refrain from using force or threatening to use force against each other.
This is stated in the text of the initialed peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"The parties in their mutual relations will refrain from using force or threatening to use force against the territorial integrity or political independence of either party or in any other manner inconsistent with the UN Charter. They will not allow their territories to be used by any third party to use force against the other party in violation of the UN Charter," the document states.
According to the text of the agreement, the parties will refrain from interfering in each other's internal affairs.
