Azerbaijan urges its citizens to refrain from traveling to Israel

Due to the tense situation in the region around Iran, citizens of Azerbaijan are advised to refrain from traveling to Israel.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijanis currently in Israel are advised to closely monitor the security situation, follow the instructions and recommendations of local authorities, avoid crowded places, and strengthen personal security measures.

As a reminder, earlier Israel's Minister of Defense Israel Katz stated that the country's Defense Forces had launched a preemptive strike against Iran. The operation was named "Lion's Roar." Both countries closed their airspace. Later, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the United States is also participating in the military operation against Iran.
