Azerbaijan and Turkey discussed cooperation in the field of military education

Rector of the National Defense University Major General Gunduz Abdulov met with a delegation visiting Baku, headed by Deputy Rector of the Turkish National Defense University Lieutenant General Burhan Aktaş, to discuss cooperation in the field of military education.

As reported to BAKU.WS by the Ministry of Defense, Abdulov noted that Azerbaijani-Turkish relations are based on mutual trust and friendship, and spoke about reforms in Azerbaijan's military education system.

Aktaş emphasized that the successful development path of the Azerbaijani Army serves as an example for other countries.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation in the field of military education, advanced training of military personnel, preparation of professional cadres, and the importance of mutual visits for the exchange of experience.
