Azerbaijan and Ecuador have waived visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev signed a law approving the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Ecuador on the exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official, and service passports."
It should be noted that the agreement was signed on May 4 of this year in the city of Quito.
