Ararat Mirzoyan: Armenia has never been so close to Turkey and Azerbaijan

Armenia has never been so close to Turkey and Azerbaijan.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan in an interview with Turkish TV company NTV, answering a question about whether now is the right time to establish peace, sign an agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as normalize Armenian-Turkish relations.
"I cannot claim that now is the right time. Such an ideal moment may not exist. But I can say with confidence, and I think my Turkish and Azerbaijani colleagues will confirm this, that we have never been so close to each other. Perhaps now is not the right time, maybe it will never be, but if we honestly assess where we are now, we can say that we have never been so close to peace and stability," said A. Mirzoyan.
