Another group of settlers sent to Kengerli village of Aghdam district

In accordance with the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return of former internally displaced persons to the territories liberated from occupation continues.
As reported by BAKU.WS, in the new stage of resettlement, 43 families (a total of 176 people) who previously temporarily lived in various regions of the country - in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings - have moved to the village of Kengerli in the Agdam district.
The citizens who returned to their native lands expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for comprehensive state care. They also thanked the valiant army of Azerbaijan, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the lands from occupation, and honored the memory of the fallen martyrs.
It should be noted that currently more than 43 thousand people live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur - both resettled former internally displaced persons and specialists working on projects implemented in the region, including employees of local government departments, as well as healthcare, educational, cultural, tourism, industrial and energy enterprises that have resumed their activities.
