Another group of displaced people returns to Mamedbeyly village of Zangilan district
In accordance with President Ilham Aliyev's instructions, the process of the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues.
As reported by BAKU.WS, on January 27, another group of former forced migrants departed from Baku to the village of Mamedbeyli in the Zangilan district.
At this stage, 20 families (103 people) are returning to their native land.
The families relocating to the specified settlement had been temporarily living in various regions of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
Residents returning to their native land expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care. They also expressed appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani army, heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands, and prayed for the souls of the martyrs who gave their lives on this path.
