Another group of displaced families return to Aghdarın, Khojavend and Jabrayil districts
In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the process of the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues.
As reported by BAKU.WS, on March 17, the next groups of former internally displaced persons departed from Baku to the Agderin, Khojavend, and Jabrayil districts.
At this stage, 82 families (368 people) are returning to their native lands. As part of the current resettlement process, 3 families (13 people) are moving to the village of Chyldyran in the Agderin district, 21 families (108 people) to Ashaghy Oratag, 7 families (34 people) to Kheyvaly, 4 families (17 people) to Chapar, and 6 families (29 people) to the village of Gasanriz. In addition, 11 families (36 people) are returning to the village of Khojavend in the Khojavend district, and 30 families (131 people) to the village of Khorovlu in the Jabrayil district.
The families relocating to the mentioned settlements had been temporarily residing in various regions of the republic, primarily in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
The residents returning to their native land expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care. They also expressed appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani army, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands, and prayed for the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
