Allahshukur Pashazade called on the parties to the conflict in the Middle East to engage in dialogue
The head of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB), Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, against the backdrop of the escalation of the situation in the Middle East, called on the parties to abandon confrontation and transition to dialogue.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, he made this statement to journalists after the festive namaz at the Tezepir mosque on the occasion of Ramadan.
The Sheikh ul-Islam emphasized that first and foremost, it is the peoples who suffer from what is happening, and in this regard, the parties should prefer the language of diplomacy.
"My call is to stop the war and sit down at the negotiating table. The parties must strive to reach a common ground through negotiations with each other. Because such confrontations have no end. The sooner dialogue begins, the faster a positive result can be achieved," Pashazade noted.
