Aliyev at the UN: the voice of victory and peace

Speeches by state leaders during the UN General Assemblies always attract the closest attention of the entire world community. The heads of delegations from the high tribune typically talk about the most pressing issues, addressing topics that are, from the perspective of their states, the most urgent. Positions and opinions, of course, can be very different (sometimes polar opposites). And this is quite understandable, otherwise the world would have long ago established consensus on absolutely all issues and there would be no conflicts. Which, alas, remains a utopian dream for now.
