Advisory Council of Religious Confessions of Azerbaijan sent a letter to Ilham Aliyev
The Advisory Council of Religious Confessions of Azerbaijan sent a letter of gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev in connection with providing financial support to religious communities.
As AZERTAJ reports, in the letter, the council expressed deep respect and appreciation to the head of state for the attention, care and practical support provided to the country's religious communities.
The letter emphasizes that the leaders of religious confessions are proud of President Ilham Aliyev, his decisions and initiatives of both domestic and universal significance, as well as the high level of trust he enjoys in the international arena.
"Azerbaijan under Your leadership, through the example of wise state governance, demonstrates that respect for traditional values, multicultural heritage, and the culture of peaceful coexistence allows states to achieve great victories and make historical achievements," the letter states.
Representatives of religious confessions also stated that all believers in the country consistently support the president and his wise domestic and foreign policy.
Earlier, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on financial assistance to religious organizations totaling 6.3 million manats.
