42 heads of the State Service for Mobilization of Azerbaijan have been punished
Materials collected regarding 88 individuals in connection with corruption cases at the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan have been sent to the General Prosecutor's Office for procedural decisions.

As noted, during the first 6 months of the current year, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan continued consistent measures to enhance transparency of official activities, eliminate factors creating conditions for corruption, and increase citizen satisfaction.
In particular, during the corresponding period of 2026, disciplinary sanctions and organizational-staffing measures were imposed on 75 employees (of whom 42 are members of the leadership) for unlawful actions and abuse of official authority. At the same time, 2 employees were dismissed to the reserve on negative grounds, and materials collected on 48 cases involving 88 individuals were sent to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for procedural decisions.
In order to implement the relevant Decree of the Head of State concerning the improvement of activities in the field of medical examination, since July 1, 2024, the final medical examination of citizens called up for active military service under 4 fitness categories has been carried out by the State Agency for Medical Insurance and Expertise operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. The digitization of data exchange between the relevant state bodies involved in the medical examination process, as well as the institutional and organizational optimization measures carried out in this area, have created favorable conditions for more effective organization of processes.
