The procedure for calculating the average family income has changed in Azerbaijan

The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to some decisions in connection with the implementation of the presidential decree of December 20, 2024 "On the application of the law of November 29, 2024 on amendments to the law 'On social protection of children who have lost parents and are deprived of parental care', and the regulation of some related issues".

As reported by BAKU.WS, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the document, from now on, when calculating the average income of a family in Azerbaijan, monetary compensation provided in lieu of clothing, footwear, equipment, etc. will not be deducted from its income.
