The agreement on comprehensive economic partnership between Azerbaijan and the UAE has entered into force

The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Azerbaijan and the UAE has entered into force.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, the document was signed on July 9 of last year during the working visit of President Ilham Aliyev to the UAE.

The main objective of the document is to strengthen economic partnership between the parties, as well as to liberalize and facilitate trade. The ministry emphasized that the entry into force of the agreement became an important milestone in bilateral relations within the framework of strategic ties between the countries and is aimed at economic diversification and improving welfare.

It is noted that the document forms a significant foundation for sustainable economic development based on knowledge and innovation, addressing modern challenges.
