386.2 million manats allocated for the restoration of liberated regions of Azerbaijan
In January-March 2026, 386.2 million manats were allocated for the restoration of the liberated regions of Azerbaijan, which accounts for 11% of the planned annual volume.
This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.
The funds were spent based on cash requests from clients within the framework of projects in the Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions. The main amount - 355.2 million manats - went toward infrastructure. Of this, 185 million was directed to the design, construction, and repair of highways, 142.2 million to the construction of new residential complexes, and another 28 million to the development of tourism infrastructure and other activities.
In addition, 10.7 million manats went to social projects in the fields of healthcare and culture, and 20.3 million to the demining of territories.
