TV channel Haber Global awarded two prestigious prizes at international competition

The results of the annual Zoom Uluslararası Haber Görüntüleri Yarışması competition, which has been held in Turkey for 28 consecutive years, have been announced. Haber Global TV channel was awarded in two different categories of this prestigious journalism competition.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, this information was distributed by the competition organizer - the Association of News Operators of Turkey.

It is noted that dozens of correspondents and operators from various media organizations participated in the competition, which was held across 11 different categories. Among 220 news materials, the jury particularly noted two reports prepared by Haber Global TV channel.

The report Eve Dönüş ("Return Home"), filmed by the channel's operator Çağrı Çalışkan and prepared by correspondent Mehmet Altunışık, took first place in the "Live Broadcast" category.

In addition, the report Suriye Devrimi ("Syrian Revolution"), prepared from Damascus by the channel's intelligence chief Mücahit Topçu and operator Serdar Altıntepe, was awarded in the "News Shot with Drones" category.

The awards ceremony will take place in September 2025.
