Aykhan Javadov became world champion

Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Aykhan Javadov won a gold medal at the U20 World Championship in the Slovak capital Bratislava.

This was reported by the Wrestling Federation of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that the athlete, competing in the weight category up to 60 kg, defeated Uzbekistan's representative Dostonbek Oripov 4:1 in the final.

Thus, Aykhan Javadov became the U20 World Champion for the second consecutive year.
