New fines are being established for violations in enforcement payments.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to "Qafqazinfo", at today's meeting of the Milli Mejlis, the issue of amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses was brought up for discussion.
According to the proposed changes, officials will be fined from 500 to 1000 manats for receiving cash funds that are payable under enforcement documents, as well as for receiving enforcement payments and expenses related to the implementation of enforcement actions in cash.
The bill was adopted in the first reading.
