Vilayat Eyvazov demanded more careful attention to citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs bodies
Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Vilayat Eyvazov, demanded that the ministry's representatives adopt a more responsive and attentive approach to handling appeals and receiving citizens.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the minister made this statement at a meeting of the MIA board dedicated to the results of the first half of the year.
The head of the MIA noted that during the reporting period, official duties and assigned tasks were generally fulfilled at a proper level.
Eyvazov emphasized that ensuring citizen satisfaction is one of the main tasks set by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
In this regard, he demanded that increased attention be given to the prevention and solving of crimes, compensation for material damage caused by unlawful actions, handling of appeals, and organization of citizen reception.
