The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan expressed condolences to Portugal

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan expressed condolences to Portugal regarding the Gloria funicular crash in Lisbon.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding publication was posted on the ministry's official page on the social network X.
"The tragic crash of the Gloria funicular in Lisbon has deeply saddened us. We express our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased and wish a speedy recovery to those injured," the publication states.
Note that as a result of the derailment of the Gloria funicular, one of the main symbols of the city, in Portugal's capital Lisbon on September 3, 17 people died and more than 20 people were injured.
