President of the BSTDB thanked the government of Azerbaijan

President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) Serhat Köksal expressed gratitude to the government of Azerbaijan for the strong and reliable partnership that has developed over many years.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, he made this statement during his speech at the 28th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, held in Baku.

The head of the BSTDB emphasized that over the past decades, Azerbaijan has transformed into a country with a dynamic economy, possessing strong institutions, modern infrastructure, and a diversified production base.

"Azerbaijan today plays an important role not only as a leading energy producer but also as a strategic transport and logistics hub connecting East with West and North with South. The bank's activities in Azerbaijan have been constantly evolving in line with the country's changing economic priorities. The annual meeting held in Baku serves as an important platform for establishing new partnerships, assessing investment opportunities, and discussing practical mechanisms to support the next stage of Azerbaijan's development," he noted.

Serhat Köksal also added that the institution he heads is ready to expand cooperation toward the implementation of new projects that will contribute to the sustainable development of Azerbaijan.
