President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian honored the memory of martyrs in Baku

President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs on April 28.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to AZERTAG, Masoud Pezeshkian paid deep respect to the memory of the heroic sons and daughters of our Homeland who gave their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and laid a wreath at the "Eternal Flame" memorial.

Then, the distinguished guest, who admired the panorama of the capital of Azerbaijan from the highest point of Baku, was provided with detailed information about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the construction and improvement works being carried out in the city.
