President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to the Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino Alice Mina and Vladimiro Selva.
As reported by AZERTAC, the message states:
"Your Excellencies,
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I convey to you and, through you, to all your people my most heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of San Marino.
