President Ilham Aliyev appointed chairmen and deputy chairmen of a number of courts

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on certain issues related to the appointment of deputy chairmen of appellate courts, chairmen of judicial boards, judges, chairmen and deputy chairmen of first instance courts.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

Taking into account the proposals of the Judicial-Legal Council, guided by paragraphs 9 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. in accordance with Article 94 and the second part of Article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Courts and Judges",

for appellate courts:

1.1. to appoint Aladdin Tofig oglu Majidov as deputy chairman of the Sheki Court of Appeal;

1.2. to relieve Samir Firdusi oglu Hasanov from the position of chairman of the Administrative Board of the Shirvan Court of Appeal and appoint him as deputy chairman of this court;

1.3. to appoint Zahid Tahir oglu Mammadov as chairman of the Commercial Board of the Sumgayit Court of Appeal;

1.4. to appoint Khagani Haji oglu Samadov as chairman of the Criminal Board of the Sheki Court of Appeal;

for courts on serious crimes:

1.5. to relieve Huseyn Inanch oglu Huseynli from the position of judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge of the Baku Court on Serious Crimes;

1.6. to relieve Nigar Arzu gizi Imanova from the position of judge of the Sabunchi District Court of Baku city and appoint her as judge of the Baku Court on Serious Crimes;

1.7. to relieve Babek Akber oglu Panakhov from the position of judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge of the Baku Court on Serious Crimes;

for military courts:

1.8. to appoint Farman Mammad oglu Abbasov as judge and chairman of the Terter Military Court;

for administrative courts:

1.9. to relieve Rashad Movsum oglu Nuriyev from the position of judge of the Aghjabedi District Court and appoint him as judge of the Shirvan Administrative Court;

for commercial courts:

1.10. to relieve Ilkin Ali oglu Aliyev from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge of the Baku Commercial Court;

1.11. to relieve Farid Eldar oglu Khatamzade from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge of the Baku Commercial Court;

for district (city) courts of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic:

1.12. to relieve Ilham Sadet oglu Ibrahimov from the position of judge of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and appoint him as judge and chairman of the Kangarli District Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;

for district courts of Baku city:

1.13. to relieve Fuad Alaskar oglu Huseynov from the position of judge of the Garadagh District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge of the Yasamal District Court of Baku city;

for district (city) courts:

1.14. to appoint Ilgar Vidayat oglu Huseynov as chairman of the Ismayilli District Court;

1.15. to relieve Emin Ilham oglu Mammadli from the position of judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku city and appoint him as judge and chairman of the Oghuz District Court;

1.16. to appoint Zaman Shakir oglu Imanov as deputy chairman of the Ganja City Court.
