One of Saleh Samedov's brothers has been arrested, the other is wanted

After the dismissal of the three sons of the former chairman of the Council of Elders of the Imishli district, now imprisoned Saleh Samedov, another news concerning this family has spread.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Qaynarinfo, S.Samedov's older brother Atababa Samedov has also been arrested.

His other brother Sahib Samedov is wanted for a similar act.

According to the source, A.Samedov is accused of committing fraud by an organized group. By decision of the Baku Court for Serious Crimes, he was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment.

A.Samedov at different times misappropriated money from various individuals for a total amount of 320,000 dollars. In exchange for the money received, he promised to bring construction materials.

It was revealed that S.Samedov's brother is charged under Article 178 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. It also became known that A.Samedov had already been sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment several years ago.

Recall that S.Samedov was removed from his position for raising the flag of the former USSR and wearing a "St. George's ribbon" at an event on the occasion of May 9 - Victory Day over fascism.
