Jeyhun Bayramov: Baku and Tashkent demonstrate a growing dynamic of cooperation
There is a growing dynamic of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in all areas.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov stated this to the "Uzbekistan 24" TV channel.
According to him, state visits by the presidents of the two countries have already become a good tradition: last year, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Azerbaijan, and this year, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is on a state visit to Uzbekistan.
"We see an increasing dynamic in all areas. Today (August 23 - ed.) 13 documents were signed following this visit. The most important documents are the Treaty on Eternal Friendship between our countries, the final decision on the third meeting of the Interstate Council, as well as 11 additional documents covering a wide variety of spheres and areas. A large number of new projects have been launched. The interregional forum (August 22 - ed.) was held with great success and results," the minister said.
Bayramov noted that each state visit gives an additional impetus to bilateral relations. He expressed satisfaction with Uzbekistan's development, emphasizing that even a short interval between his visits allows one to notice dynamic changes in Tashkent and the country's regions.
"The international authority of Uzbekistan is developing very dynamically, it is steadily growing on international platforms," Jeyhun Bayramov added.
