In the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, police accompanied by special forces detained Vidadi Mustafayev, the new head of the Azerbaijani community in the Urals (after Shahin Shikhlinskiy).
As reported by BAKU.WS, several independent sources told E1.RU about this.
"He was detained at the entrance to the Iset Tower, where he was visiting the elite fitness club Encore. The operation was conducted by the Department for Combating Organized Crime (OBOP) accompanied by the Special Rapid Response Unit (SOBR). According to preliminary data, he is suspected of fraud in the sale of a land plot," said one of the sources.
As the publication notes, attempts to contact Vidadi Mustafayev at the time of publication were unsuccessful. His phone was unavailable.
