Ilham Aliyev congratulated the co-presidents of the Republic of Nicaragua

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to the co-presidents of the Republic of Nicaragua, Their Excellencies Mr. José Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Ms. Rosario Murillo.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the message states:

"Your Excellencies,

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend to you and through you to all your people my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of September 15 - Independence Day.

We attach great importance to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Nicaragua. I am confident that we will continue to make joint efforts to expand ties between our countries, strengthen cooperation both bilaterally and within the framework of international institutions.

On this festive day, I wish you good health, happiness, success in your endeavors, and to the friendly people of Nicaragua - constant well-being and prosperity".
