At the initiative of Leyla Aliyeva, a pediatric sedation room was put into use at a hospital center in Albania
The Mother Teresa University Hospital Center, located in Tirana, the capital of Albania, hosted the opening of a new equipped pediatric sedation room, established on the initiative of Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
As reported by BAKU.WS, within the framework of this humanitarian initiative, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation provided a modern anesthesia machine and the necessary equipment for the full outfitting of the sedation room. The creation of the room, designed for patients requiring sedation during medical and surgical procedures, is a contribution to improving the quality of pediatric services at the state hospital of Albania.
This initiative is yet another confirmation of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's activities aimed at the health and well-being of children, as well as its active role in strengthening humanitarian ties between Azerbaijan and partner countries.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Albania Anar Huseynov, the Director of the Mother Teresa University Hospital Center, and the staff of the medical institution.
Ambassador Anar Huseynov, emphasizing the significance of relations between Azerbaijan and Albania, noted that such initiatives are aimed at expanding friendly ties between the two countries.
The Director of the Mother Teresa University Hospital Center and the medical staff expressed their gratitude to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, highly appreciating this initiative as a contribution to the development of pediatric medical services in Albania.
