Another group of settlers has departed for the village of Shukurbayli in the Jabrayil district.

In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the displaced persons returning to the village of Shukurbeyli in the Jabrayil district are families that were previously temporarily housed in various regions of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 119 families — 535 people — have been resettled in the village of Shukurbeyli.

The residents who returned to their native land expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care.

They also thanked the valiant Azerbaijani Army, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation, and honored the blessed memory of the martyrs who gave their lives for the Homeland.
