Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov participated in and spoke at the informal meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), held within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
This was stated in a publication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan on the social network X.
According to the information, the minister emphasized the growing importance of regional cooperation against the backdrop of increasing global geopolitical fragmentation and ongoing conflicts.
It was noted that the "OTS+" format, established at the Gabala summit and refined into a more functional mechanism in March 2026 in Istanbul, as well as regular informal meetings of foreign ministers, serve as an important tool for developing inclusive and strategic partnerships.
